The gods have mean nature they make Aeneas struggle throughout the full book but they have a lot of power. Their function is very important in the Aneid as they have a huge role. Without them everything wouln't have happened because they get to essentially plan the full world. The gods are all powerful but still resemble human beings. They resemble human beings because they make mistakes like all human beings. I do not find them admirable especially in the Aneid they are using Aeneas and are the only reason he has to struggle for greatness.

The nature and function of the gods and
goddesses were like people except they had awesome powers. They had feeling like us. I admire Aeneus because no feat could outpower his greatness.

The gods have a very biased nature. They either love someone or hate them. If they hate them, they try to kill them. Juno hates Aeneas and the Trojans, so she tries to kill Aeneas. The gods can basically do whatever they want, but they cannot break fate. Juno tries to kill Aeneas repeatedly, but she cannot because he has to find Rome. The gods resemble human beings because they can fight and disagree with each other. They can also die like human beings, but they are just reformed back into themselves. Also, they have feelings. They can feel if they get hurt. I find Neptune admirable because he is the only calm god. He does not fight with anyone else or try to break fate or do anything he wants. All he does is make sure everything is okay. When Aeolus creates a storm, Neptune just calms the storm down and goes back to his thing. He does not pick a fight with Aeolus or do anything bad to him.

Nice post! You answered all the questions. I also agree with all of your answers except the last one. It seems as if you put a lot of effort into it.

I disagree with your post. You didn't really answer all of the questions. You still need to add if you admire any of the gods. It did not seem as if you put a lot of effort into the post.

The gods and goddesses are very powerful and usually get what they want. You wouldn't want to get on any of the gods' bad sides because they have the ability to make your life miserable and punish you. They resemble human beings because they all have the same traits such as kindness, jealousy, anger, etc. I don't necessarily find any of them admirable but if I had to choose one, it would be Athena. I like Athena because she is a stong, independant, and clever woman. She also kind of proves that girls can do anything guys can because she is a warrior too.

I think you need to add a little more detail to your answer. Plus, I'm pretty sure Aeneas is a demi-god not a full god. Other than that, good job.

The gods a nature of always getting what they want this is supported by their function of balancing out nature. Gods resemble humans in a few ways, just as humans the gods are not always correct. They also make many mistakes. Another thing that shows gods resembles humans are that gods have human like traits. Of all the gods, I find Jupiter most admirable. Jupiter is admirable because he is a leader. He guides all the other gods and makes sure nothing happens to the humans and gods. This is why I find Jupiter admirable.

Gods and goddesses are for guiding the actual humans' lives. They help them to make right decisions. They are also the ones who determine the fate of humans. They resemble human beings because they themselves also make mistakes, just like actual humans. They many times cause negative events to occur in the real world. For example, Venus was partly the cause of why Dido killed herself. She was the one who sent Eros down to make Venus fall in love with Aeneas. Then, because Dido was so deeply in love with Aeneas, she killed herself when he left. Another way that the gods and goddesses resemble humans is that they actually look like real people, except overly beautiful. When pictures are shown of the Greek and Roman goddesses, they look like humans. I find Hermes admirable because he has never (that I have read of so far) done anything to a person that particularly harmed them. He does his job of sending a message to the people, and then many times adds on to the message to give the people tips.

The gods were mean and very powerful. They made Aeneas struggle all through the Aeneid. The gods and goddesses resemble human beings from their apperence and how they act. I do not find any of them admirable because of what they did in the Aeneid.
